One Club Creative Month 2020 begins streaming event

The Creative Month 2020 begins an expansive streaming event running free of charge May 4-29 featuring a wide range of original creative inspiration, education and professional development content specifically developed for a global online audience.

In place of annual in-person Creative Week programming in NYC, The One Club worked with more than 60 top global creative leaders to produce a month of entertaining and engaging original content designed to inform and inspire the global creative community.  Sessions will stream at three set times each day and are viewable at any time later from the Creative Month archive.

9:00 am EST A CREATIVE PERSPECTIVE: FRANK DE RUWE

The creative partner and founder of Dutch agency Natwerk discusses the influences in his life that led him to create work that is “not normal”.  

12:00 pm EST REAL TALK FROM R/GA’S TIFF ROLFE & JESS GREENWOOD

“Everyone all of a sudden is getting a peek into everybody else’s world. Gavin Lester, partner/CCO at Zambezi, and Matt Murphy, partner/ECD at 72andSunny, are at the top of their games in the ad biz, having developed outstanding work for some of the most spirited brands in the world. Their free time, however, is dedicated to their other artist crafts. Gavin studied sculpture at Bath Academy, where he earned a scholarship to work on the centenary of Joan Miro, and he is currently a practicing conceptual artist. Matt is a painter and sculptor, and has led various street art and guerrilla performance art projects. In their Instagram Live, Matt and Gavin will discuss their work, why they feel it’s vital to hone creative skills outside of advertising, how each of their roles influences the other, and how these worlds are morphing more than ever in this WFH era.
