The One Club for Creativity has named 120 emerging creatives and creative teams from 30 countries and territories to the Next Creative Leaders (NCL) 2025 shortlist, the organization’s free global showcase for women and non-binary talent on the ascent.
Now in its 10th year and produced with The 3% Movement, NCL is the industry’s only no-fee portfolio program dedicated to spotlighting women, non-binary, and trans creatives whose work — and approach to leadership — is reshaping the field.
This year’s shortlist spans Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK, and the US.
A jury of 39 top creatives from 21 countries reviewed submissions. Global winners will be revealed on November 4, along with regional honorees across APAC, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and North America. A virtual celebration will follow on November 6, featuring spotlights on winners and conversations with jurors and honorees.
Who could enter: NCL is open to creatives stepping into leadership — copywriters, art directors, designers, ACDs, content creators, newly promoted creative or design directors (with less than a year in the role), and creative teams pushing the craft forward. Entries included four to six pieces of work plus details on how entrants advance the industry through diversity, mentorship, and advocacy.
What winners receive:
- One-year complimentary One Club membership
- Opportunities to jury future One Club awards programs
- Free pass (over $1,000 value) to a One Club professional development conference, plus access to panels and mentorship events
- Global amplification: work showcased on One Club channels, coverage via media partners, and potential speaking slots at NCL events
Design credit: NCL 2025 branding was created by Du Nieto, an NCL 2021 winner, lead designer at Revolut, and independent creative at dadada.work. Typeface Romie Light Italic was donated by Margot Lévêque Studio in New York.
