Olive Oils From Spain is bringing the spirit of Spanish dining to American kitchens with “All in a Drop,” a new campaign from Republica Havas that positions Spanish extra virgin olive oil as more than a pantry staple—it’s an invitation to experience the country’s food, culture and traditions.

Launching today, the campaign is the first work from Republica Havas since being named the brand’s U.S. agency of record in a three-year partnership. Rather than focusing on product benefits alone, the campaign highlights how a single drop of Spanish olive oil can evoke the flavors, warmth and connections that define life around the Spanish table.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Andrew De Zen of Rebolucion Spain, the hero film was shot across Madrid, Segovia, Cádiz and Jaén, weaving together bustling city streets, olive groves, coastal landscapes and shared meals into a cinematic celebration of modern Spain. Inspired by the Spanish tradition of sobremesa—the lingering conversation shared after a meal—the spot encourages audiences to savor not just food, but the moments that surround it.

Set to a soundtrack influenced by contemporary Spanish artists including C. Tangana and Rosalía, the bilingual film blends music, movement, and richly textured imagery to transport viewers from the first pour of olive oil to the conversations that continue long after dinner ends. Watch below:

“The opportunity was to move beyond the usual language of ingredients and product benefits,” said Federico Hauri, executive creative director at Republica Havas. “All in a Drop gave us a way to tell a richer story, one in which a single drop of Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil can carry the flavor, rhythm, warmth and emotion of Spain.”

The campaign arrives as American consumers increasingly seek authentic food experiences and greater transparency about where products come from. Olive Oils From Spain hopes to reinforce Spain’s reputation as one of the world’s premier olive oil producers while introducing new audiences to its culinary heritage.


Republica Havas x Amigos for kids reframe crime in new work


“American consumers are not only interested in what they eat, but they also want to know the culture, the story and the origin behind it,” said Pedro Barato, president of the Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional. “‘All in a Drop’ invites people to experience Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil through the lens of sobremesa, the Spanish tradition of enjoying food, family and friendship.”

The integrated campaign, developed with Havas Madrid and supported by Havas Media Network, will roll out across social media, connected TV, online video, audio streaming, digital display, out-of-home advertising throughout New York City, experiential activations and creator partnerships.

The campaign officially launches July 15, with an immersive culinary event in New York City on July 21 featuring chef and bestselling author Andy Baraghani, introducing media, creators and tastemakers to the “All in a Drop” experience.
