The Television Academy wrapped its two-night Creative Arts Emmys with a Sunday ceremony at the Peacock Theater, spotlighting excellence across documentary/nonfiction, reality, and variety. From editing and cinematography to music, design, and hosting, the evening honored the crafts that power unscripted storytelling. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting received the Governors’ Award for its enduring impact on American television.
An edited presentation of both Creative Arts shows airs on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 8 p.m. PT on FXX (streaming on Hulu through Oct. 7). The 77th Emmy Awards follow live on Sunday, Sept. 14, on CBS and Paramount+.
