natural bliss, VML launch ‘unexplainably blissful’ campaign

Nestlé’s natural bliss is brewing up a new chapter for coffee lovers with the launch of Unexplainably Blissful, a new creative platform designed to bring unexpected delight to everyday coffee routines.

The campaign follows the brand’s recent refresh and highlights what has long set natural bliss apart: dairy creamers made with just four ingredients. Alongside redesigned packaging, the brand is spotlighting indulgent flavors, including new Chocolate Caramel Truffle and Chai Vanilla Latte, as well as the fan favorite Vanilla, all aimed at transforming a simple cup of coffee into something richer and more satisfying.

To introduce the new platform, natural bliss has partnered with actress Meghann Fahy for a whimsical activation called High Creamer & Coffee. The concept puts a playful spin on traditional high tea by pairing coffee and creamer with the kinds of small indulgences typically associated with the classic afternoon ritual. Watch below:

Fahy said the collaboration resonated with her because coffee has long been her personal pause during busy days on set. “My coffee routine has always been my time to slow down and treat myself,” she said. “The flavors are incredible and bring me a simple moment of bliss that really sets the tone of my day.”

Matthew Basler, director of brand marketing for Nestlé’s Coffee and Beverage Division, said the new platform was inspired by a question the brand often hears from consumers: how something made with just four ingredients can taste so indulgent.

“Unexplainably blissful brings that to life in unexpected ways,” Basler said. “Across new creative, refreshed packaging and experiences, we’re showing how natural bliss elevates an everyday cup of coffee into something that feels indulgent, effortless, and deeply satisfying.”

At the center of the experience is a limited edition Clotted Cream-er, a twist on traditional clotted cream inspired by the brand’s Vanilla Flavored Creamer. The item will not be sold in stores but instead offered through special promotional kits designed to bring the High Creamer & Coffee experience into consumers’ homes.

Fans will have two opportunities to claim the free limited-edition kits via drops on March 13 and March 20 at 2 p.m. ET at naturalbliss.com/highcreamercoffeekit. Each kit includes the new creamer flavors, a four-ounce jar of the Clotted Creamer, and curated scone recipes designed to complement the flavors.

The campaign will roll out across television, social media, and events.
