If you’re a geek, Marvel is the gift that just keeps on giving and giving.
We haven’t even caught our breath from the shocking ending of the behemoth movie event known as Avengers: Infinity Wars and Marvel goes ahead and releases a fun, new trailer for the next MCU adventure, the upcoming Ant-Man and The Wasp starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lily and Michael Douglas.
Opening this July, the trailer features spectacular new shrinking effects, comedy and a new villain, but does not give away any clues as to where the new crime-fighting duo was while Thanos was eradicating half of the the earth. Oops, spoiler. But we do know the new film will take Scott and Hope into the “Quantum Realm” to search for Hope’s mother – the original Wasp – Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer). Watch below:
Well that was fun. The new Ant-Man sequel is actually set before the devastating events of Infinity War and after Captain America: Civil War. This will actually allow the film to be its own story and not worry so much about synchronizing with the latest Avengers film. But that does not stop us from speculating how it will tie in!
