This expansion includes the appointment of Gustavo Dorietto as Executive Creative Director and comes on the heels of a series of significant new business wins for the agency, reinforcing its growth and commitment to creativity.

Gustavo Dorietto

Gustavo Dorietto, with an extensive background, joins the team from The Martin Agency, where he had served since 2021, holding the role of Vice President and Group Creative Director. Dorietto’s career has also seen him in creative positions at renowned agencies like 72andSunny, Droga5, and TBWA\Chiat\Day NY.

Paulo Damasceno and Lucas Silva

These creative partners reunite their careers as they transition to New York and join Mother. They previously collaborated as creative partners at DAVID São Paulo from 2017 to 2020. Afterward, Damasceno and Silva held creative roles at DAVID Miami and GUT Miami, respectively, from 2020 to 2023.

Jaye Thompson and Emily Kaufman

Thompson and Kaufman have brought their creative talents to Mother from JOAN Creative, where they had been serving in creative roles since 2022.

Hajung Song

Hajung Song comes aboard from FRED & FARID NY, where she had been contributing as a creative since 2019, adding her unique perspective to the Mother team.

Sam Eaton

Sam Eaton’s journey led him from an internship at Droga5 in 2019 to eventually becoming a full-fledged creative. Now, he’s embarked on a new chapter with Mother in New York.
