Megan Thee Stallion is taking Hottieween back to Las Vegas – and this year, the Hotties helped build the nightmare. The rapper has released Thee Hottieween Trailer, a black-and-white horror short promoting the return of her annual Halloween party, with ideas sourced directly from fans through Facebook.
The surreal circus-themed film finds Megan transforming into “Thee Grown Ass Woman,” appearing as a giantess inside a twisted carnival world that pulls from classic horror imagery, American Horror Story-style spectacle, and a touch of Tim Burton surrealism.
But the campaign’s most interesting wrinkle happened before cameras rolled.
Megan actively asked fans to help shape the creative.
In a horror-focused Facebook group, she asked for ideas ranging from creepy found-footage moments to unsettling animal masks. “Horror Hotties record a creepy-found footage-style clip that feels like it was captured outside a spooky circus,” she wrote, asking fans to think about fog, static, mysterious figures and whatever scared them most.
She also asked which animals would make the freakiest masks.
Those suggestions eventually made it into the finished trailer, giving the campaign a participatory element that turns Megan’s fan base into something closer to a creative room.
The trailer also features Megan performing lines from “Thee Grown Ass Woman” as the carnival imagery grows increasingly bizarre. The piece sets up Hottieween’s return to Las Vegas on October 30 at Zouk Nightclub, where the event adopts a full circus theme. Watch below:

For Megan, horror has long been part of the Hottieween identity, but this year’s execution pushes the concept further by turning fan engagement into actual production input.
Rather than simply teasing the event to fans, she asked them to help imagine it.
And if the internet was going to help create the horror show anyway, she might as well give it a seat in the writers’ room.
