Little Minx signs Director/DP/Photographer Noah Marshall

Noah Marshall

Little Minx has added Noah Marshall to its U.S. roster, bringing aboard a versatile commercial director, cinematographer, and photographer whose work spans high-gloss automotive, comedy, and emotionally driven storytelling. The production company, an Ad Age A-List Standout in 2022 and 2024, will represent Marshall for advertising in the U.S.

Marshall grew up inside a production company, logged early set hours as a PA, then jumped to the agency side as an art director at Colenso BBDO and FCB. There, he began directing campaigns he’d conceived—momentum that led him to compile a reel and launch a full-time directing career. In 2021, he co-founded the award-winning Australian shop Larchmont with Ngaio McCreadie.

A true globalist, Marshall has shot on nearly every continent for brands including McDonald’s, Sony, Audi, Kia, Ford, Nike, Mercedes, Beats by Dre, Telstra, Heineken, and Coca-Cola. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, AICP and more.

Equally comfortable coaxing a laugh in a brisk comedy spot or “running-and-gunning” as both director and DP on premium car films, he’s known for polished craft anchored by authentic, human performances.

“What immediately struck us about Noah is his range,” said Little Minx President Rhea Scott. “From automotive to intimate family stories, there’s a consistent thread of honest, beautifully grounded performances—sometimes witty, sometimes quietly moving, and always true. He’s a terrific addition to the roster.”

“Little Minx has a distinctive identity and a filmmaker-first culture,” Marshall said. “It’s a smart balance of art and commerce, with an international lineup doing far more than just spots. I’m thrilled to join the team.”

Reel 360 News wishes Noah the best of luck at Little Minx.
