Laughlin Constable (LC)has been named the full-service creative and media agency of record for Travel Wisconsin, the state’s Department of Tourism. This partnership marks a homecoming for LC, which previously served as Travel Wisconsin’s agency of record from 2009 to 2019 and earlier from 1985 to 1999.

LC won the account after a competitive review involving agencies from across the Midwest and nationwide. The win is particularly significant, as Wisconsin has seen substantial economic growth and consecutive record-breaking years in tourism revenue. With national political, sporting, and cultural events drawing more visitors to the state, the importance of the tourism industry has never been greater.

“The Travel Wisconsin business is in our DNA,” said Anthony Romano, CEO of Laughlin Constable. “Our roots in Wisconsin run 48 years deep, and our understanding of what makes this state truly special is unmatched. We can’t wait to help take the state into its next big chapter of growth.”

The agency will be responsible for leading Travel Wisconsin’s brand strategy, creative development, social media content, paid media planning, and marketing activations. This reunion between LC and Travel Wisconsin comes on the heels of LC winning the prestigious Ad Age 2024 Small Agency of the Year Award, highlighting their creativity, media excellence, and overall effectiveness.

With LC’s deep connection to Wisconsin, the agency is poised to craft a compelling vision that continues to elevate the state’s tourism appeal.
