
Chime is getting festive for the first time, with a little help from Jason Momoa. The fintech brand has launched its first-ever holiday campaign, “Bank Smarter This Season,” marking the beginning of a new creative partnership with the Aquaman and upcoming Supergirl star.
The campaign, created by Mojo Supermarket, leans into the chaos of the holidays, using humor, empathy, and Momoa’s trademark warmth to show how Chime helps people take control of their finances during the busiest time of year.
In the hero spot, Momoa transforms into a series of everyday shoppers — navigating crowded stores, long checkout lines, and the mounting pressure of holiday spending. Between the laughs, the ad underscores a relatable truth: money management can be stressful, but Chime’s tools are designed to make it simpler and smarter. Watch below:

The Bank Smarter This Season campaign debuted October 22 and will run across national TV, digital, social, and streaming platforms. The spot is the first in a larger creative series featuring Momoa, with more collaborations between the actor and Chime to follow.
At a time when financial stress typically peaks, Chime aims to reimagine what real “banking help” looks like — turning it into something authentic, human, and even joyful.
