JAMM Visual London expands team with Saskia Delius

JAMM Visual has added Saskia Delius as Executive Producer at its fast-growing London studio, marking a reunion with several longtime collaborators as the independent VFX and creative studio enters its next phase of expansion.

Delius joins JAMM after holding senior production roles at The Mill, MPC, and ETC, where she built a reputation for delivering high-end, creatively ambitious work across major global brands including Lavazza, Burberry, and Tesco. Over the years, she has worked closely with members of the JAMM team on multiple award-winning campaigns, making the move feel like a natural next step rather than a cold start.

At JAMM, Delius will play a key role in shaping the studio’s continued growth in London, helping deepen client relationships while supporting creative teams across VFX, design, and post-production.

Louise Unwin, Head of Production at JAMM, welcomed the appointment, “We’re really excited to have Saskia on the team. She’s great at her job, clients love working with her, and she brings long-standing industry relationships. I’m looking forward to her being a key part of JAMM’s next chapter.”

Reflecting on her first weeks at the studio, Delius says the transition has been seamless.
“With so many familiar faces, I thankfully haven’t felt too much like the new kid at school,” she says.

Asked what initially drew her to JAMM, Delius points to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
“With JAMM’s London studio being fairly new, I was excited by the idea of contributing from the early stages and being part of its growth.”

Describing the studio culture in three words, collaborative, creative, inventive, she adds that JAMM’s approach sets it apart. “The team always has a solution, embraces feedback, and approaches everything as a collaboration rather than ‘us and them.’”

Looking ahead, Delius is particularly interested in how emerging technologies are reshaping the VFX landscape. “With AI becoming more prominent, we’re starting to see hybrid AI and VFX approaches emerge. I’m excited to find the balance where AI can be genuinely useful without taking over or compromising on quality.”

At the core of her producing philosophy is support for the creative team. “It all centers around showing up for my creative team,” she explains. “If you create the right environment and give people the support they need, they’ll give you their best work in return.”

For Delius, the most rewarding part of the job remains simple. “Being a small part of delivering campaigns that clients genuinely love. There’s no better feeling than earning their trust and having them come back with more work.”

And when late nights in the studio call for a dinner break? “Easy,” she laughs. “That’ll always be a Nando’s.”

Reel 360 News wishes Saskia all the best at JAMM.
