Gravity Global taps Luke Leinberger as Head of Social Media

Luke Leinberger

Gravity Global has named Luke Leinberger as its inaugural Global Head of Social Media, a newly created leadership role designed to unify and strengthen the agency’s social strategy worldwide.

Based in Denver, Leinberger will oversee global social media strategy and execution, collaborating with teams across the United States and the United Kingdom. He will report to Jennifer Coulson, Managing Director of Social Media and Executive Affairs, and will focus on aligning innovation, governance, and cross-market delivery across Gravity Global’s expanding client portfolio.

“As we continue to grow internationally, Luke’s leadership will be key to ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic direction across our social efforts,” said Coulson. “His experience with major brands such as Cummins, Transamerica, and Sovos positions him well to lead with both strategic insight and operational rigor.”

The newly established role is intended to bring Gravity Global’s social teams under one cohesive global vision, streamlining internal initiatives, client programs, and new business efforts. Leinberger will work across a diverse client roster spanning CPG, finance, QSR, powersports, industrial, and aviation sectors.

With nearly a decade of experience in social media strategy, Leinberger previously worked at VOCO before joining Gravity Global following its 2024 acquisition.

“As social continues to evolve at a rapid pace, this role allows us to approach it more strategically and holistically,” said Leinberger. “I’m looking forward to building innovative programs that support growth for both our clients and the agency.”

Leinberger steps into the position effective immediately.
