Full-service agency Gravity Global has acquired performance media agency Marketing Doctor, further strengthening its paid media expertise and integrated marketing services. The move supports Gravity Global’s continued growth in regulated sectors and mid-market brands while expanding its ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
Founded in 2003, Marketing Doctor grew from a one-woman startup into an Inc. 5000 honoree with five consecutive placements, earning recognition from Ad Age, Adweek, and Inc.. The agency provides strategic media planning and buying across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms for both public and private sector clients, including New York Bariatric Group, Skullcandy, and multiple federal and state contracts.
“Marketing Doctor brings deep digital expertise and a proven track record in complex sectors like healthcare and public health,” said Jose Lozano, North America CEO at Gravity Global. “Their data-driven precision and high-touch client service perfectly complement our integrated model, giving us greater ability to deliver measurable performance for mid-market clients.”
Marketing Doctor’s team will join Gravity Global’s network, adding full-funnel media strategy capabilities to the agency’s global mix. Founder and CEO Janet Casey added, “We’ve built Marketing Doctor into a national leader in paid media by staying laser-focused on client outcomes and ROI. Joining Gravity Global gives us the scale and resources to amplify that impact, while tapping into new strengths in brand, creative, and strategy.”
The deal follows Gravity Global’s launch of Gravity One, a division focused on millennial and Gen Z engagement, and comes on the heels of its acquisition of LEE Branding. Marketing Doctor is the second woman-owned business the agency has acquired this year, signaling Gravity Global’s continued commitment to broadening its expertise and perspective.
