Global sports nutrition leader Glanbia Performance Nutrition (“GPN”) has named Cogniscient Media, MARC USA’s branded media group, to handle all media channels including paid and organic social, influencers, content strategy, digital video and display for its Optimum Nutrition and BSN brands.

According to a statement, Optimum Nutrition is one of the most highly regarded sports nutrition brands in the world. The brand’s full range of protein, pre-workout and general health products is continually being updated and reformulated through an innovation platform that is unparalleled in the industry.

BSN was founded in 2001 and since then has become a leader in the sports nutrition marketplace, offering a wide range of protein and pre-workout products. Its market position has been built on innovation and relentless dedication to creating dynamic, category-defining and result-producing products.

The selection, following a competitive review, adds to Cogniscient’s 2019 wining streak, which also includes Jelmar’s CLR, another leading CPG brand, and the Maryland Lottery.
