Gap reimagines Miley Cyrus’ The Climb for holidays

Gap has unveiled its 2025 holiday campaign, “Give Your Gift,” a vibrant celebration of how sharing our unique gifts brings people together. Building on the success of last year’s creative platform, the campaign blends music, storytelling, and timeless style to highlight the emotional connections that define the season.

At the heart of the Gap campaign is a reimagined version of Miley Cyrus’ The Climb, performed by Sienna Spiro, a 20-year-old London-based singer-songwriter whose soulful voice breathes new life into the modern classic. Spiro is joined by a multigenerational choir — with singers ranging in age from 8 to 72 — transforming the song into an uplifting anthem of perseverance and unity.

The campaign film, directed by Bethany Vargas and photographed by Bjorn Iooss, the creative duo behind Gap’s Better in Denim campaign, captures the spirit of togetherness through authentic, cinematic storytelling that spans generations. Watch below:

“This campaign extends our mission of uplifting creators and connecting with audiences through music and real, multi-generational stories that inspire self-belief,” said Fabiola Torres, Chief Marketing Officer of Gap. “Give Your Gift embodies our philosophy: creativity anchored in product, powered by culture, and designed for social connection. It’s about finding strength in vulnerability and optimism in what we share.”

Gap’s Holiday 2025 Collection merges comfort, craftsmanship, and versatility. The brand’s signature CashSoft knit — a customer favorite since its debut four years ago — returns in fresh silhouettes and textures, including CashSoft Stretch and Heavyweight CashSoft. The line also features expanded matching sets, heritage fleece essentials, and cozy sleepwear designed for both gifting and self-gifting.

Launching November 4 across digital, social, video, and in-store platforms, Give Your Gift also ushers in Gap’s new global retail experience. Flagship stores in San Francisco, London, Dallas, and Chicago have been reimagined to offer intuitive, immersive spaces centered around destination categories and elevated product storytelling.
