GALE strengthens leadership with three key appointments

GALE

Full-service business agency GALE has announced three senior appointments to bolster its leadership in growth and strategy, following a 20% year-over-year increase in new business wins.

Stephen Larkin joins as Managing Director, Growth and Development; Bina Rajput as Managing Director, Business Strategy; and Marc Parillo as Managing Director, Integration and Growth. The trio brings a mix of consulting, creative, and operational expertise designed to further GALE’s mission of blending strategic insight with imaginative execution.

“The best marketing outcomes stem from a deep understanding of a client’s business, and GALE has always understood that reality,” said Andrew Noel, Global CEO of GALE. “Stephen, Bina, and Marc bring the perfect combination of executive-level strategy and standout creative capabilities our clients expect.”

The hires reinforce GALE’s “Business Agency” positioning, a model that merges the rigor of a consultancy with the creative power of an agency. Larkin will lead efforts to expand the company’s new business pipeline, Rajput will focus on building resilient business strategies, and Parillo will oversee integrated marketing solutions across key clients, including Diageo, Chili’s Grill & Bar, and MilkPEP.

Noel added, “From day one, we’ve prided ourselves on bringing together experts from a wide array of backgrounds — from indie hot shops to big-five consultancies. Stephen, Marc, and Bina fit perfectly into that ecosystem.”

Larkin joins from Erich & Kallman, following senior leadership roles at R/GA, and brings three decades of experience leading growth and strategy for clients, including the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Parillo returns to GALE after eight years with the agency and prior experience at Deloitte and media software company Deben. Rajput comes from a consulting background, having spent nearly 20 years at top firms including Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, BMO Financial Group, and P&G.

All three leaders assume their new roles effective immediately.

Reel 360 News wishes Stephen, Bina and Marc all the best in their new roles.
