Ezra Miller must really want Grant Gustin’s (TV’s Flash) face grafted onto his body. The Flash and Fantastic Beasts star has been arrested yet again. This follows months of legal issues and bad behavior.

The 29-year-old Miller, apparently still in Hawaii even after a couple filed a restraining order against the actor a week ago, was booked by Hawaii Police early Tuesday morning and is now facing a second-degree assault charge.

According to a police report, Miller was at a private residence in lower Puna and allegedly became angry after being asked to leave. Miller allegedly threw a chair, which hit a 26-year-old female on the forehead. The woman reportedly refused treatment for the injury.

REELated: Ezra Miller in hot water over altercation in Hawaii

Miller, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. on Tuesday. Read the full statement below:

“… a 29-year-old visitor from Vermont was arrested for second-degree assault after an incident at a residence in Pāhoa.

At 1:10 a.m., Puna patrol officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred at a get-together at a private residence in the Leilani Estates subdivision in lower Puna.

During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.

The female victim refused treatment for her injury.

Miller, who identifies as they/them, was subsequently arrested at 1:30 a.m. for Assault in the second degree after being located on the roadway during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea‘au.

After conferring with the County Prosecutor’s Office, at 4:05 a.m. on Tuesday morning Miller was released pending further investigation. This is an active investigation.”

According to Page 6, the Police have been called on Miller ten times since he has been on the island. Last week, a video obtained by TMZ showed the actor dancing wildly at a bar in Hawaii.

They also made headlines in 2020 when they appeared to choke a fan on video at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Warner Bros. has yet to release any public statements regarding how they intend to handle the situation with Miller, who is part of not only the DCEU but the Harry Potter adjacent Fantastic Beasts movies. Coincidentally, The Flash was recently delayed from a November 2022 release date to June of 2023.

Miller has appeared as The Flash in Suicide Squad, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League, cameos in The CW’s The Flash and HBO Max’s Peacemaker, and will lead The Flash solo movie next year. Miller also portrays Credence Barebone/Aurelius Dumbledore, in the Fantastic Beasts film series.

When fans caught wind of this possible meeting, they rushed to social media to share their thoughts on a possible replacement for Miller. The winning contender appears to be Grant Gustin who plays Barry Allen / The Flash on the CW series The Flash as part of the Arrowverse television franchise.

There is a year. Plenty of time to graft a face.
