Fast Horse names Scott Broberg CCO

Scott Broberg Fast Horse

Creative agency Fast Horse has promoted Scott Broberg to Chief Creative Officer, officially placing him at the helm of the agency’s creative vision as it continues to evolve and expand.

Broberg, who joined Fast Horse in 2003, has played a critical role in shaping the agency’s multidisciplinary creative output for more than two decades. In his previous role as Chief Integration Officer—a title he held since 2018—he was instrumental in weaving strategy, ideation, and execution across paid, earned, and owned media. That work helped the agency rack up major industry honors, including Cannes Lions, Effies, Reggies, PRWeek Awards, and Silver Anvils, for clients like Heineken and The Coca-Cola Company.

“As we looked at how to best structure our creative leadership to take advantage of all the exciting changes in our industry, it became clear that Scott was uniquely and best qualified to help us navigate both the traditional and non-traditional opportunities ahead,” said Fast Horse founder Jörg A. Pierach. “Scott has long been the agency’s creative linchpin, setting an incredibly high bar.”

In his new role, Broberg will lead the creative team day-to-day, charged with elevating the agency’s craft while maintaining its reputation for innovation and bold thinking.

“Fast Horse has a history of taking calculated risks and doing things that don’t have a playbook, and that’s allowed us to punch above our weight class,” said Broberg. “I look forward to continuing to push creative boundaries and delivering outstanding work for our clients.”

The appointment comes at a pivotal time for the agency, which recently added Schwan’s Red Baron Pizza to its roster and assumed creative leadership for several Post Holdings brands, including OREO PUFFS Cereal, Great Grains, Malt-O-Meal, Premier Protein, and Kibbles ’n Bits.

As Fast Horse continues to scale its creative capabilities, Broberg’s leadership signals a sharpened focus on delivering standout, integrated work in an increasingly complex media landscape.

Reel 360 News wishes Scott the best of luck in his new role.
