Emmys: Creative Awards Winners from Night Two

Creative
(Stranger Things and Euphoria each won 5 Creative Emmy Awards)

Last night, The Television Academy presented the second of its two 2022 Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremonies honoring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

The ceremony awarded many talented artists and craftspeople in categories including cinematography, guest actor, production design, sound editing, television movie and stunt performance.

HBO and netflix came away as the big winners. HBO’s Euphoria earned five total awards, including Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for (Philly boy) Colman Domingo, and Outstanding Choreography for a Scripted Program. The White Lotus also nabbed five, including Main Title Theme Music.

Stranger Things, picked up five Creative Awards, including for Music Supervision. Netflix’s Squid Game took home four Emmys, including Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for Lee You-mi.

After seven tries, Nathan Lane finally won his Emmy for his guest-starring on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building.
