Full-service commercial production company Caravan is expanding its creative arsenal with the signing of Nimblefox, a rising directing duo composed of Dan Giraldo and Stephen Venezia, for exclusive commercial and music video representation throughout North America.
Known for their striking live-action and VFX-driven work, Nimblefox has already turned heads with campaigns for Nissan, DraftKings, Grubhub, Samsung, and the North Carolina Department of Tourism—the latter of which earned an Addy Award. With this new partnership, Caravan strengthens its roster with a team that’s as fluent in bold storytelling as they are in technical wizardry.
Caravan Founder/Executive Producer Jon Muedder and Partner/Head of Creative Bernardo Marentes describe the duo as a perfect fit.
“Dan and Stephen represent the perfect balance of smart, hungry, and humble,” said Muedder. “Their visual and narrative storytelling expertise makes them a natural addition to the Caravan family. We’re thrilled to support them as their careers continue to soar.”
Both graduates of SCAD, Giraldo built an impressive post-production résumé with The Mill, Framestore, and BBH NY, contributing to Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, and VES-recognized projects. Venezia, a former post-production supervisor and in-demand editor, brings a sharp editorial eye and emotional storytelling chops, with work spanning ESPN, Vice, Seagrams, and Def Jam.
The pair have also collaborated on short films and music videos, including award-winning work featured on Short of the Week and Booooooom. Their upcoming slate includes further collaborations with North Carolina rapper G Yamazawa, new short and feature-length films, and experiments with Unreal Engine and machine learning.
“Our relationship with Dan and Stephen was a silver lining of COVID,” added Marentes. “It began with the Visit NC campaign, and we’ve continued to collaborate on increasingly ambitious work. They’re fearless creatives who thrive on technical challenges.”
“We’re all about pushing boundaries,” shared Nimblefox. “Caravan has always championed that spirit. The team is full of insightful, imaginative collaborators—and we’re excited to keep building.”
As Caravan continues to scale, Nimblefox joins a roster known for cinematic storytelling and strategic vision, making them a duo to watch as they continue to blur the lines between art, innovation, and commercial impact.
Reel 360 News wishes Nimblefox the best of luck at Caravan.
