As David&Goliath (D&G) celebrates its 25th anniversary (Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Haaaappy Anniversary!), the agency is looking to the future with a bold new addition to its leadership team. Britt Wilen, an award-winning creative known for her powerful ideas and passion for craft, has joined D&G as Group Creative Director.
In her new role, Wilen will partner closely with agency clients—most notably the California Lottery—to develop culturally resonant, transformative work rooted in bold thinking and smart execution.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Britt to the D&G family,” said David Angelo, Founder and Creative Chairman of David&Goliath. “She’s a true creative force—a Swiss Army knife of innovation—with an energy that’s as contagious as it is inspiring. We’re excited for the impact she’ll have, not only on our clients, but on the Brave culture that defines us.”
Wilen joins from Saatchi & Saatchi, where she served as Global Creative Director and helped lead major campaigns for Toyota’s Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship, Lexus, and Expedia. Her career also includes standout work at BBDO and Leo Burnett, crafting memorable campaigns for brands like Doritos, Ikea, and Mars.
“Creativity is at its best when it surprises people, makes them feel something, or helps them see the world differently,” shared Wilen. “That’s what drew me to D&G. The agency has a fearless approach to ideas and a culture that thrives on collaboration. I’m honored to be part of that.”
A multi-hyphenate talent with degrees and certifications spanning film studies, directing, copywriting, and photography, Wilen also brings her creative energy into music and performance. When she’s not leading innovative campaigns, she’s writing songs, playing drums, guitar, and piano—or scouting out the best chocolate chip cookie in L.A.
Wilen officially began her role at David&Goliath on February 1, 2025. Reel 360 News wishes Britt the best of luck in her new role.
