Cartwright adds four creative leaders to team

Fast-growing start-up agency Cartwright is adding to its  team with the hire of four proven creative leaders from a variety of agencies in new roles.

Joining Cartwright as Creative Directors are Thiago Gripp and Suzanne Sherwood. In addition, the agency has hired Taylor Whitelow as copy writer and Chelsea Ceasor as design and art director.

“Building our own team from the ground up gives us an opportunity to put in place highly talented creative individuals with deep and diverse skill sets to bring our vision of audacious creativity to life on behalf of our clients and their brands,” said Keith Cartwright, founder and Chief Creative Officer. “I have worked with all of these new hires and am excited for us all to be the same room together – virtual and in real life – where we can support and push out transformational ideas.”

Thiago Gripp

Thiago Gripp who is also serving as head of art,  previously worked as a freelancer at a number of agencies including TBWA/Chiat Day Media Arts Lab and R/GA LA. Before coming to the US he spent 12 years in Brazil at Cheil Brazil, We Comunicacao, DPZ&T and Ogilvy.

Suzanne Sherwood

Suzanne Sherwood is a graduate of the Art Center College of Design where she is a on the faculty as a copywriting instructor. She held a senior creative role at TBWA/Chiat/Day for over three years and also worked at Taxi and Mullen.

Both Thiago and Suzanne contributed to agency work for Facebook, and other accounts. They have won numerous creative awards for their work including Cannes Lions, Effies, Webbies and others.

Taylor Whitelow

Taylor is a graduate of the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse and had also worked as an intern at 360i. He joins from 72andSunny.

Chelsea Ceasor

Design and art director Chelsea, an ADCOLOR Future awardee in 2018, was a MAIP scholar and participated in 72andSunny’s 72U creative residency/internship program. She also worked as a production designer at Fjord.
