Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners (BSSP) announced the appointment of Lauren Trojan as its new Business Development Director.

Within this role, Trojan is charged with generating new business leads and ultimately building new relationships for BSSP  – particularly with brands that would benefit from the agency’s expertise in the automotive, health & wellness, sports and entertainment, and CPG categories. Trojan will be directly reporting to BSSP’s President, Patrick Kiss.

“Lauren couldn’t have joined this team at a more important time. As we approach our 30-year anniversary at BSSP, it feels like a new beginning,” said Kiss. “Our roster of clientele has grown and evolved, and with Lauren’s phenomenal background I am confident that BSSP will continue to flourish – with new client engagements we’ve been wanting to lead and grow.”

REELated:

As a 15-year veteran of the industry and accomplished business development professional, Trojan has worked for a variety of ad agencies, big and small – including, Mckinney, CP+B, Vladimir Jones, Sterling-Rice Group and Fortnight Collective. Throughout her time at these agencies, some of her most valuable wins include but are not limited to, Hotels.com, Jimmy Fallon, Infiniti, Slimfast, Bolthouse Farms, P&G, PetArmor, Ulta, Crocs and Suja.

“I’ve always been aware of BSSP’s iconic work — all the way from Blue Shield to MINI to the Priceline Negotiator. But what truly drew me in and got me excited about joining the agency was momentum and vision. BSSP has an incredible ability to tap into core consumer insights and bring those to life through compelling and intriguing work. When I started interviewing I realized that was because they focus on hiring the kindest and most empathetic creators – not just in their creative departments, but across the entire organization,” said Trojan. “I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this team, and can’t wait to see what we do this year.”

This appointment highlights the continued focus on expansion and evolution at BSSP as it enters its 30th year in business, and  as the team continues to build upon its diversified and fully-integrated creative offering.

Reel 360 News wishes Lauren the best of luck at BSSP.
