Betty, a Quad agency, has announced the opening of two new offices in Austin, Texas, and Mexico City, Mexico, marking a major step in the agency’s continued growth and its parent company Quad’s global expansion strategy.
The new locations strengthen Betty’s ability to deliver integrated, scalable creative work by combining fresh talent, local market expertise, and specialized production capabilities in two of the world’s most influential cultural hubs.
The expansion follows a period of rapid growth for Betty, driven by increased demand from both category leaders and challenger brands seeking innovative, fast-moving creative solutions that don’t sacrifice quality.
Austin Office Adds Studio and Content Production Power
Betty officially opened its Austin office on January 22, 2026. The 8,400-square-foot space is designed to support creative and content production at scale, featuring a full-service studio model alongside a rotating roster of more than 25 photographers, stylists, and production crew members who will work on-site weekly.
“Opening in Austin is a natural fit for Betty,” said Cari Bucci-Hulings, President of Betty. “The energy, talent, and culture of the city make it an ideal place to expand our teams and better serve our clients while deepening our presence in a key region.”
Jimmy Richardson, Group Vice President of Studio and Creative at Betty, emphasized the role the Austin office will play in advancing the agency’s production model. “In Austin, we’ll be able to push our studio approach forward,” he said. “By combining scalable AI workflows with an incredible in-house creative team, we can produce brand-accurate content at the pace our clients need, without losing the human touch that resonates with consumers.”
Mexico City Office Strengthens Latin America Collaboration
Betty’s Mexico City office is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026. The 10,000-square-foot space will be shared with Quad’s media agency, Rise, creating a collaborative hub designed to deliver fully integrated creative and media solutions across Latin America.
The Mexico City team already supports multiple brands and continues to grow its client roster, with particular strengths in retail, grocery, and packaging design.
“Establishing a physical presence in Mexico City is another exciting step for Betty,” said Bucci-Hulings. “The market is home to extraordinary creative talent and new opportunities for the agency. By joining the Rise team under one roof, we’re creating a powerful hub to deliver top-tier, integrated work for clients across the region.”
Strategic Locations, Shared Vision
The new offices are located at 804 Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78701, and Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 296, Colonia Juárez, 06600, Mexico. Together, the Austin and Mexico City expansions underscore Betty’s commitment to pairing cultural insight with production excellence, reinforcing its ability to serve clients locally while operating on a global scale.
As the agency continues to grow, the new locations position Betty to meet evolving client needs with speed, creativity, and relevance, while staying rooted in the human-centered storytelling that defines its work.
