Rumors of Ben Affleck leaving the DC Entertainment Universe have apparently been greatly exaggerated and it seems Batfleck will be in the upcoming film Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom in addition to his appearance in The Flash!
Jason Momoa, who plays Arthur Curry aka Aquaman, spilled the beans on his official Instagram with a photo of the two of them and a caption that said, “REUNITED bruce and arthur. love u and miss u Ben WB studio tours just explored the backlot alright. busted on set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j”
Momoa explained that the two were spotted by fans during a studio tour, so the cat was out of the bag and he might as well share the news on his own Instagram before the fans who busted them could share it! “It’s not a f*cking secret anymore, is it?” Momoa said in a video on Instagram. “That’s what happens, Warner Brothers, when you walk out of your set and there’s our fans.”
No, you’re not losing your mind. Ben Affleck told Jimmy Kimmel that he was retiring from the role and hanging up the cowl back in 2019!

After that, it was a huge shocker to hear that Batfleck was returning for The Flash and we reported that it would be his last time playing Wayne and Batman. Seems he’s not quite finished playing the Caped Crusader after all. Affleck has played Batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad and Justice League.

The film hit theaters on March 17, 2023.
