Arnold promotes Sarah Taylor to Managing Director

Sarah Taylor

Arnold has elevated longtime client leader Sarah Taylor to Managing Director, a new role that formalizes her growing influence across the Boston-based agency. Taylor will continue to steer the PNC Bank business while expanding her remit to broader agency operations and talent.

“Sarah is the kind of leader who inspires trust the moment she walks into a room,” said Val Bettini, Arnold’s Chief Client Officer. “She pairs sharp business instincts with a generous, collaborative style that brings out the very best in our people and our clients. This promotion simply puts a title to the impact she’s already having across the agency.”

Colleagues describe Taylor as a builder of teams, client relationships, and ideas that move the business. Her approach blends a rigorous, numbers-first strategy with an open, collaborative process that gives creatives room to run. It has made her a go-to partner for complex assignments and helped drive award-winning work for PNC, which earned a 2025 Gold Effie.

“I’m excited to step into this new role and continue building on the trust and creativity that make Arnold so special,” Taylor shared. “The PNC team—and the entire agency—remind me every day why I love this work: smart clients, brave ideas, and colleagues who feel more like family than coworkers.”

Over more than two decades, Taylor has guided marquee brands including Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, the American Red Cross, Huntington Bank, Barclays, Liberty Bank, Cigna, Novartis, and Boston Scientific. The Effies, Emmys, and Webbys have recognized her teams’ efforts.

She was named one of the Boston AdClub’s “Women We Admire” in 2024 and received the Thayer Academy Humanitarian Award in 2025 for her service as co-founder and board member of the T-Bird Foundation. A Villanova alum and former junior USTA competitor, Taylor brings that same competitive focus to the work. As Bettini put it, “Sarah isn’t just leading accounts; she’s helping shape a culture of curiosity, creativity, and care at Arnold.”

Reel 360 News wishes Sarah the best of luck in her new role.
