After 150 years in America’s bathrooms and kitchens, American Standard is doing more than just reflecting on the past—it’s honoring the people who made the journey possible.
The iconic kitchen and bath brand is marking its milestone anniversary with the launch of a new sustaining brand campaign titled “Some Things Never Change.” The work celebrates the deep, personal connections people have with their homes, and the fixtures that help make them feel at home. Anchored by the tagline “Life. Love. Home.”, the campaign, created by Hanson Dodge, serves as both a thank-you and a recommitment to the brand’s next chapter.
The sentiment is simple and powerful: “Some things never change. And some things keep getting better and better.” It’s a fitting follow-up to American Standard’s “150th Down Payment Contest” earlier this year, which saw 10 winners each receive $15,000 toward the purchase of a new home. The only ask: share a story about how a home of their own would transform their life.
The response was overwhelming, with entries doubling expectations and proving that even in 2025, the dream of home still resonates deeply. Watch below:
“This anniversary would not be possible without the homeowners, pros and customers who, since 1875, have inspired us to evolve and innovate the space that we call home,” said Bridget Battistone, VP of Brand Marketing at American Standard Americas.
“These same products, in turn, inspire people—both those who live with them and those who install them— to feel more connected and more comfortable. Which inspires us all over again.”

The new campaign will roll out across broadcast, digital, social, and audio starting in August and run through the end of the anniversary year. American Standard may have been around since 1875, but in the homes of millions of Americans, it’s still very much part of the future.
