AFI FEST, the prestigious annual film festival organized by the American Film Institute, has officially announced the commencement of the sale of festival passes for its 37th edition.

The five-day event will once again offer a meticulously curated selection of cinematic experiences, including Red Carpet Premieres, Special Screenings, World Cinema presentations, Documentaries, and Short Films. Attending the festival with a festival pass ensures the best way to immerse oneself in the diverse range of offerings that AFI FEST consistently delivers.

Film enthusiasts and festivalgoers now have the opportunity to choose from two types of passes: the FEST Pass and the Premium Fest Pass. The Premium Fest Pass offers a comprehensive experience, providing access to all screenings, including those with red carpet events, priority selection for screenings and theater entry, entrance to the AFI FEST Festival Lounge and Festival Mixer, and exclusive AFI FEST merchandise.

On the other hand, the Fest Pass includes access to all screenings (excluding red carpet events), early screening selection and theater access, entry to the AFI FEST Festival Lounge, and AFI FEST merchandise.

Highlights from AFI FEST 2022 serve as a reminder of the caliber of films and experiences the festival consistently offers. These include the World Premiere of Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me starring Selena Gomez, the U.S. premiere of Academy Award winner Steven Spielberg’s The Fabelmans featuring Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Seth Rogen, Gabriel LaBelle, and Academy Award® nominee Judd Hirsch.

The festival also showcased the U.S. premiere of Guillermo del Toro’s Pinnochio, directed by Academy Award winner Guillermo del Toro and Emmy Award-winning stop-motion legend Mark Gustafson, as well as red carpet screenings of Bardo, False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths, and Living, starring Academy Award nominee Billy Nighy.
