The American Advertising Federation (AAF) has unveiled its 2025 class of inductees into the prestigious Advertising Hall of Achievement (AHOA) — the industry’s gold standard for recognizing trailblazers 40 and under who are making a measurable impact on marketing, media, and culture.
Presented by TikTok, this year’s celebration will take place on Thursday, November 20 at Pier Sixty in New York City. Now in its 33rd year, the Hall of Achievement has become a beacon for the industry’s next generation of power players.
“These are our future legends,” said AAF President and CEO Steve Pacheco. “This year’s class proves just how bold, innovative, and visionary the future of advertising truly is.”
This year’s honorees represent a broad spectrum of industries—from fintech to fashion, B2B to entertainment—and all have reshaped what’s possible for brands and audiences alike. Graham follows past honorees Issa Rae and Chris Paul in being recognized for moving culture forward.
From magazine covers and beauty campaigns to her Broadway debut, Graham has redefined traditional beauty standards and reshaped the fashion and advertising industries through fearless advocacy and unapologetic authenticity.
“Ashley is more than a model, she’s a movement,” said Tim Natividad, Co-Chair of the 2025 AHOA Council of Judges and President of U.S. Advertising Sales & Marketing at TelevisaUnivision. “Like all of this year’s inductees, she’s a visionary who’s changing the game for good.”
