The AICP Awards Tour, which has traveled across the U.S. celebrating achievements in marketing and advertising, will conclude this November with events in Dallas and Chicago.
The tour, known for bringing together industry leaders from top marketers, advertising agencies, and production and post-production companies, showcased winners and highlighted trends across three of the industry’s most prestigious awards programs.
The Dallas event will take place on Thursday, November 14 at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, starting with a happy hour at 6:45 p.m., followed by a screening and panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. The evening will wrap up with a networking reception from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.
The panel includes Abe Garcia, Chief Creative Officer at Dieste; Julia Melle, Director of Brand and Content at Southwest Airlines; and Isaac Pagán Muñoz, VP and Executive Creative Director at PepsiCo Foods. They will delve into what made select winners stand out and discuss key industry trends.
The Chicago event follows on Thursday, November 21 at The Old Post Office, beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a happy hour, followed by the screening and panel at 7:00 p.m., with a concluding reception from 8:00 to 11:30 p.m.
Panelists include AICP Awards Curators and Winners, with notable speakers such as Brian Billow, Director at O Positive and AICP Show Curator; Paul Chick, Director of NA Content Production at Procter & Gamble; Yvette Cobarrubias, Managing Partner/Owner at Cosmo Street Editorial; and Kelly McGuckin, Creative Director at FCB Chicago, recognized for “Banned Book Club,” which won Most Next (Best of Show) at the 2024 AICP Next Awards. Matt Miller, President and CEO of AICP, will moderate the Chicago panel.
