The 2023 AICP Awards is set to kick off its National Tour in Los Angeles later this month. The event, taking place at The Ebell on July 27, will feature a panel of Curators from the AICP Next Awards, AICP Post Awards, and the AICP Show discussing the winning works and industry trends.
The evening will commence with a happy hour, followed by the program and a gala reception to conclude the event.
Established in 1992, the Show, Post Awards, and Next Awards are prestigious advertising showcases that recognize excellence in craft, post-production, and innovative marketing communications, respectively. Honorees from these competitions are preserved in The Museum of Modern Art’s Department of Film archives, ensuring their preservation and accessibility for future generations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the Curators, who will share insights into the selection process and provide valuable observations on the winning projects. The panel will consist of esteemed professionals such as Melissa Culligan from Epoch Films, Genie Gurnani from Freeform, Jason Kreher from Accenture Song, and Paul Martinez from Arcade Edit, with the program being moderated by AICP President & CEO Matt Miller.
