Morgan & Morgan leans into funny for new campaign

Morgan & Morgan

Morgan & Morgan, the country’s largest injury law firm, is back with a new national campaign that takes a lighter, sharper approach to legal advertising. Titled “There’s a Reason,” the campaign trades courtroom drama for laugh-out-loud moments that cleverly highlight everyday truths—like why firefighters dominate water fights, or why ball boys make the most attentive waiters.

Created entirely by the firm’s in-house creative agency—led by Chief Creative Officer Carlos Wigle—the campaign is the latest example of Morgan & Morgan’s commitment to breaking the mold when it comes to legal marketing.

This year’s spots include a standout appearance by NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, part of the firm’s first-of-its-kind sponsorship in the sport. In a comedic twist, Busch appears in a spot called “School Zone” where even his son admits Mom’s the better choice for drop-off duty. Because, well—there’s a reason. Watch below:

“There’s a reason we’re the biggest injury law firm in America—and why we’ve won so many cases,” said founder John Morgan. “This campaign reflects that. We want to leave a mark, entertain, and most importantly—make sure people remember us when they need help.”

Morgan & Morgan has long been at the forefront of disrupting traditional personal injury ads, beginning with John Morgan’s pioneering work in the 1990s. While many firms have stuck to formulaic approaches, The firm continues to evolve the format—making space for humor, cinematic flair, and real human insight.

The in-house agency driving this innovation is 80-strong, blending creative, marketing, and PR talent with a network of production partners and artists. The “There’s a Reason” campaign was co-directed by Wigle and Aron Fried (together known cheekily as The Dynamic Jewo), with production by ArtClass and cinematography by Brian Lannin (Dave, High Maintenance).

“John’s always believed in taking risks creatively,” said Wigle. “That’s allowed us to bring a different kind of storytelling to legal advertising—one rooted in humor, humanity, and moments that stick.”

The campaign will roll out across national TV, radio, and out-of-home placements, proving once again that even serious business can benefit from a well-timed punchline.
