Laundry signs Side Hustle for East Coast representation

Design, animation and production studio Laundry has signed independent rep firm Side Hustle for East Coast commercial representation.

Laundry will work closely with Andrew Michaeloff, Partner at Side Hustle, which specializes in marketing and strategy for design-driven studios and niche live-action production offerings. Side Hustle launched in November 2018 as part of the bi-coastal Hustle network, founded by Anya Zander and Jake Neske.

“As Laundry continues to establish itself as a premier production company, we are extremely excited to be partnering with Andrew Michaeloff at Side Hustle and the entire Hustle team to represent us on the East Coast,” says James Sweigert, Laundry Managing Director.

He adds, “Andrew brings a wealth of experience and expertise in matching brands and agencies with creative partners like Laundry. We are thrilled beyond words about what 2020 will bring!”

“Laundry is a tried-and-true creative force in the industry that brings something truly unique to our roster,” adds Michaeloff. “Their distinct sense of style and craftsmanship really stood out to us, and we look forward to helping them forge new client partnerships, so they can take what they already do so well to the next level.”

Launched in 2005 by Partners/Executive Creative Directors PJ Richardson and Anthony Liu, Laundry is a Los Angeles- and San Francisco-based design, animation and live-action studio specializing in commercials, film, and digital content.

As experts of the unexpected, they bring a different take on things, living for the challenge, and loving the rush of pulling it all off. Recent clients include Uber, Honda, AT&T, Facebook, Nike, Airbnb, EA, Instagram, and MTV.
