GALE brings back Bailey Dougherty

GALE Bailey Dougherty

GALE has rehired Bailey Dougherty in a newly created dual role as Chief People and Product Officer, tasking her with advancing the shop’s innovation agenda while strengthening its people-first culture. She reports to Global CEO Andrew Noel.

Dougherty returns to GALE with more than two decades of experience building and scaling collaborative teams. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Professional Services at Arteria AI, where she helped drive adoption of the company’s AI platform across the financial sector.

“We’re so excited to welcome back Bailey,” shared Noel. “With deep knowledge of our business and culture, she brings frontline AI experience and a proven ability to create environments where teams thrive. Her parallel expertise will elevate GALE as both a great place to work and a leader in emerging technology.”

On the product side, Dougherty will steer innovation and road mapping across GALE’s offerings, with a focus on scaling the agency’s proprietary AI platform, Alchemy.AI, to boost efficiency while reinforcing GALE’s audience-first, data-driven approach. Her remit spans the agency’s client roster, including Diageo, Chili’s Grill & Bar, MilkPEP, and more.

In parallel, she will oversee people strategy across Organizational Development, HR, People Experience, and DE&I, building on GALE’s investment of more than $1 million annually in employee training and development.

“I’m thrilled to be back at GALE,” Dougherty said. “The agency continues to lead with a people-first culture while pushing the industry forward with cutting-edge marketing technology and AI. I’m excited to help build on that foundation across work I’m passionate about.”

Dougherty previously spent four years at GALE as VP, Client Services. She assumes her new role effective immediately. Reel 360 News wishes Bailey the best of luck on her return.
