More than a decade in the making and 22 films later, Avengers: Endgame premiered in Los Angeles last night.

The first social media reactions made it out after, calling the film, “Epic,” “Emotional,” and the perfect ending to what has come to be known as “The Infinity Saga.” made its premiere in Los Angeles on Monday.

The film takes place after Thanos’ infamous “SNAP” heard ’round the universe in Avengers: Infinity War and follows the remaining heroes’ quest to defeat the insane titan, who now possesses all six infinity stones.

The first Twitter reviews say the film actually lives up to the hype.

According to Comicbookmovie.com, the film is pretty much guaranteed to break records with a global launch of $850 million – $900 million and should it exceed expectations (which is entirely feasible), then $1 billion is more than possible. Some analysts also believe that Avengers: Endgame could launch with $250 million in China when it opens tomorrow and that will be what helps it cross the $1 billion mark worldwide.

Domestically, Avengers: Endgame has a great shot at scoring an all-time best opening of $270 million – $300 million.

Arriving in 4600 theaters, the Disney/Marvel film has the widest opening in history and while the lengthy three hour runtime poses something of a problem, Disney and theater owners are making up for that by adding additional screens and showtimes.

Can. Not. Wait. For now, here is the final Avengers: Endgame trailer:
