Cabin Editing Company today announced the addition of three new editors to its roster: Rami D’Aguiar, Nick Rondeau, and Andrew Ratzlaff.

These new hires each bring unique approaches to their craft that convey their ambition and creativity, both visually and narratively. This also marks the latest expansion for Cabin, which has grown steadily over the last few years as remote capabilities provide new opportunities for business development.

Rami D’Aguiar

Rami D’Aguiar is an award-winning international editor shaping narratives across film, commercials, music videos, and short films. Based in São Paulo and repped by Cabin globally, his affable personality and creative energy make him an ideal collaborator for directors and brands looking to tell memorable stories.

He has made a name for himself internationally with projects for Ubisoft, Renault, Pepsi, Budweiser, Nissan, Adidas, Nike, and many more, including a recent collaboration with director Vellas on the “New Iconic Kisses” Pride campaign for Mercado Libre. Rami’s work has earned numerous awards including from Cannes Lions, Ciclope, the Clios, D&AD, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Creative Club of São Paulo, and Profissionais do Ano.

D’Aguiar was also recently named Editor of the Year (Bronze) at the Shots Awards Americas, and was twice named Best Editor at the Whext Awards.

Nick Rondeau

Nick Rondeau is well known for his bold visuals and sonic synergy, making him a go-to editor for spots and music videos that are instantly iconic. Based in Los Angeles, he is repped in the U.S. by Cabin and was previously with Work Editorial and Arcade Edit. His recent ad work includes campaigns for Truly (with Dua Lipa), Apple, BMW, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Doritos, Avocados from Mexico, and more, in addition to his notable music video work. Rondeau has collaborated multiple times with The Weeknd (including for the “Starboy” video featuring Daft Punk, which has over 2 billion YouTube views), as well as Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Future, Jay-Z, GTA, and many others.

In addition to editing music videos, he’s also been known to create live visuals for tours. Rondeau’s work across commercials and music videos has earned recognition from AICE, the Clios, the One Show, the ADDYs, the MTV VMAs, the Grammys, and more.
