In a strange turn of events, Avengers member, Chris Pratt who came outin support of President Donald J. Trump for a second term has now been voted “The Worst Chris” on social media. This has caused his Avengers co-stars, who just held a virtual campaign event for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, to come out and defend the Guardians of the Galaxy star.
The Twitter poll included; Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, and Chris Pratt, with the caption ” One has to go.”
Fans immediately turned on Pratt, calling him a “Trump supporter,” and ” White Supremacist.” Pratt has been widely known to share his religious beliefs on interviews and social media. He was also one of the only members of Avengers who did not show up during a Zoom event to raise money for Vice President Joe Biden.

A Twitter user joked that Pratt “was banished from Chris Island years ago.” Another person replied with, “Y’all know the answer is always Pratt,” with someone else mentioned, “Pratt can suck it.”
In fact, Chris Messina and Chris Pang have been inducted into the Chris Hall of Fame to replace the Juassic World star. “Chris Pratt is out, Chris Messina is in for a 16 month trial run,” another Twitter fan replied. With someone else added, “Get rid of Pratt and put in Chris Pang. Then it’s a real contest.”
There followed a deluge of responses that singled out the actor as the unlucky Chris.
Things escalated quickly and by Tuesday night, his co-stars Zoe Saldana, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner and James Gunn were among the heavyweights that took to social media to decry the social media bullying Pratt was facing as well as reaffirm his qualities.
Downey Jr. was the most strident in his criticism of the internet witch hunt engulfing him, writing on Instagram: “What a world… The ‘sinless’ are casting stones at my brother, Chris Pratt… A real Christian who lives by principle, has never demonstrated anything but positivity and gratitude…AND he just married into a family that makes space for civil discourse and (just plain fact) INSISTS on service as the highest value. If you take issue with Chris… I’ve got a novel idea. Delete your social media accounts, sit with your OWN defects of character, work on THEM, then celebrate your humanness…”
One member after another turned to their fans, it suddenly became Superheroes to Supervillains quickly.
