Joe Sciarotta promoted to Ogilvy Co-U.S. Creative Officer
Ogilvy and Mather announced that the agency promoted veteran Chicago creative leader, Joe Sciarotta to U.S. Chief Creative Officer along with Alfonson Marian, who will also share the title. According to a report in AgencySpy, they will form a new stateside management team alongside U.S. CEO Lou Aversano and chief strategy officer Steve Zaroff.
St. Louis agency, Rodgers Townsend announced today the appointment of Andrew Dauska as Chief Executive Officer.
Effective August 30, Dauska will partner with Michael McCormick, EVP and Chief Creative Officer, taking over from Tim Rodgers, one of the agency’s two founders, as he enters retirement.
Dauska leaves TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he served as Managing Director and lead client partner for Nissan North America.

ESAI MORALES (NYPD BLUE) is back on the beat with a new recurring role on “Chicago PD,” as Chief Lugo, a 30-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. The new character will be introduced in a three-show crossover, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Chief Lugo grew up and flourished in the “old style” policing methods of the department. Now, he’s doing his best as a chief to steer the CPD towards the new style of policing.
