“Home Field Advantage” is a day-long football celebration

Explore Media highlighted the boost that recreational vehicles give to tailgate parties in a new spot for GoRVing.com, an online resource for travel ideas, news and RV dealer information.

The 30-second Home Field Advantage combines rapid-fire shots of food, friends and fun with smart footage of an extra large ride to showcase the great American tradition.

“Go RVing is all about showing unique ways RVs can be utilized to create lifestyle experiences,” says director Jeremy Pinckert. “So, for this spot, I wanted to create a sensory experience for viewers.”

The spot follows two football-loving families before, during and after a game. From enthusiastic preparation to post-play relaxation, a variety of settings and strategic lighting recreate their entire day.

“We worked to help viewers get the sense of togetherness and family,” Pinckert explains. “Magical moments happen when people sit around in a circle and tell stories under the low light of Edison bulbs.”

Accompanied by the clip of an up-tempo, hard-rocking march, the story moves like a highlight reel.

Explore Media also edited and produced the spot in post-production, partnering with NOLO Digital Film for color correction, The Colonie for compositing, and Noise Floor for sound design.

Home Field Advantage will run during National college and NFL television football broadcasts this fall.
